Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a 25% booking fee which will be taken off the balance at your appointment. I require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment amendments. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment and carry across the booking fee as long as 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given, the booking fee will be lost and you will be required to pay another booking fee if you’d like to book another appointment.
Patch Test Policy
The following treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment:
- HD Brows
- Brow Lamination
- Lash Lift & Tint
- Eyebrow/Eyelash Tint
It is your responsibility to arrange a patch test with me - please contact me through social media, text or email so I can get back to you at my earliest convenience. If you fail to contact me to arrange your patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited.
Lash Extensions Policy
Please arrive to your lash appointment with clean lashes. Any time spent removing make up or cleaning lash extensions will eat into the treatment time, resulting in less lashes being applied. You must have at least 50% of your previous lash extensions still on to qualify for an infill. Any less than 50% will require a new set, and I cannot guarantee that I'll be able to fit this into the infill time allotted. If you think you may require a new set instead of an infill please contact me so I can check whether I have enough time booked out.
